As many of you know, I am exceptionally lazy. I love a quick recipe that does not require much effort on my behalf, but I also love to parade around as the world's best mom. This has really forced my hand at finding cute ways to impress my kids with minimal effort.

This recipe is made using puff pastry but feel free to adapt it to the dough that you prefer, you can even use pizza dough as long as it is not already been baked. The kids love this recipe and I also prefer it personally because of the minimal amount of time it takes to make - absolutely amazing.

I make these in advance, cut them up and store them in the freezer until I need them. If you have people over, it also works well as an entertaining snack.

As most of my reciepes , you will find that this one is easy to make and takes 10 minutes. Feel free to add and remove ingredients as you see fit.

  3. Add salami onto the pizza base, this is optional so if you prefer a Margherita pizza skip to step 4.

  4. Finally add the cheese. Do not add too much cheese as this causes complications when rolling up the dough in the end.

  5. Roll up the dough, I usually roll it the long way so that I get thicker pieces.

The salami option on this is optional, if you prefer a plain cheese that works great too.

Additional Toppings

This is a household favorite for us, but do not limit yourself in terms of topping to what I have selected. Feel free to add olives, feta and any other toppings that you would enjoy especially if you eating it fresh, if not, be mindful about products that freeze well.
